The sea is rocking around a bit today.  The Tasman is indeed rougher than the other seas encountered thus far on this trip, but today is not so bad as my roughest seas outside of Seattle or Sitka, AK.  I took my Bonine and went up to the Van Gogh Lounge to help decorate for Santa's arrival.  We brought in a couple of decorated trees and then brought in a bunch of packages that I wrapped last night.  The kids all had the opportunity to come up on stage, sit in Santa's lap, tell Santa what they wanted and receive a Club HAL present.  It was so cute and it was really fun overall.  I needed to NOT look out of the window though as the horizon was bobbing up and down quite spectacularly, but as long as I rolled across the stage in time with the rolling of the ship I felt just fine - some of the guests were too sick to attend, but hopefully they'll all feel much better really soon.

Merry Christmas from the ms Statendam
