Today we celebrate Canada Day with all those that like to say "eh?" We spent the day at sea today as we head towards Greece, it was calm and lovely and the sun was shining - I love summer in the Mediterranean, highly recommend traveling here. If you can't take the heat (get out of the kitchen) or at least wait until the end of the summer and early fall to visit. It is like a furnace or sauna depending in the humidity level and the sun will drain you physically and all the walking will do you in the rest of the way if you are leaning towards the couch potato profession while at home. I don't see nearly as many wheelchairs, canes or walkers here and people all walk all the time to get places - hmmmm, life of leisure maybe not the "best" lifestyle after all?? Just a thought. Along the same lines is the phrase "use it or lose it". If you are at the stage where you still have your health and strength don't let go of that precious gift.
