Jolly Boys

We arrived today to Zambia and are currently at the Jollyboys Lodge in Livingstone.  The lodge is extremely charming and we are relaxing by the pool after our 2 over-night flights.
Each flight was uneventful and each connection went smoothly.  Yesterday we spent the day in London between our 2 over-night flights.  The the 80% chance of rain held amazingly well as we walked past Buckingham Palace, the British Parliament, Big Ben, & West Minster Abbey.  It was delightful to see these places and a welcome break between our flights.
We had a taste of our first local food on the flight from Johannesburg, African Bobotie, which was very tasty.
Our expert leader, Wanda, has us settled in for the evening here at Jollyboys, with internet access and terrific accommodations.  Tomorrow morning we take a bus to Macha Hospital.  We will stop in Choma for lunch with the mission leaders with whom Wanda is acquainted.
