Unfortunately thats what I was facing having just woken up at 3pm, spread out on one of those tiled floors that look so comfortable to the eyes of one who has had one drink too many but actually turn out to be very uncomfortable indeed.

Starting at 8pm (so I still have 5 hours to trudge the streets in my post FA cup final misery in search of nic-knaks) I'll 'Met-tr-o' (double T in Georgian) it to the train station, pick up a over night sleeper to Batumi, kick my heels for a few hours either on a Black sea beach or the Stalin museum before taking a mini bus to the border. Once in Turkey I have a 4 hour bus ride (which will cost double what my 1st class sleeping car cost in Georgia) back to Trabzon just in time for a 8.45 pm flight to Istanbul, metro and tram to the hostel and Bed!
