I must say.... today really sold me on Zurich.. It is absolutely breathtaking.. stunning... enchanting... The lake... the mountains.. we went to the big lake today. I cannot describe how beautiful it is here. Most people seem to be rather relaxed and liberal. We layed out at another park and it was awesome. People everywhere.... enjoying themselves. Then we dipped our feet in the cold lake..hace frio! We saw a little more nudity.. jejeje it wasnt such a surprise today. A groovy older woman probably in her late 60's took her top off in front of us... i thought WOW.... she is one liberated woman!!!
Today we toured the old town called Niederdorf. We were able to see another cathedral today.. St. Peter's. It had beautiful stain glass created by Marc Chagall.. such a talented human being. Then we went to Grossmünster... another beautiful church with 2 towers. We wanted to check out the Lindt Chocolate Factory... we ran out of time today. This happens when you do so much leisure lounging by the lake. There is no such thing as time... :)
OH MY... i must tell you.. we went by a Dolce & Gabanna store... the clothing in the window was rockin' my world.. gold shimmering pants with a sheer funky tank with brown lizard stiletto's accented with gold.. oh and the hottest hand bag ever!!! I must start designing my own clothes... just the pants were 3,000 dollars... YIKES!!!! You could feed an entire village on this... crazy crazy! As Jessica and me were taking a walking break we met a very kind man from Jordan. He had light in his eyes as he spoke of Zurich. He said, "everytime I leave this city I want to return. He said this city has a soul." The more I hang out here... his words speak truth.. this city definitely has a soul. :)
In Zurich there are 900 bears on display throughout the city. Every bear is different. Creative and artistic work went into the creation of each bear. I freaked out when I saw a bear that was painted with the swiss and texan flag... too awesome! The night life in Zurich is unbelievable...!!! Jessica and I had a fantastic time dancing the night away. We went to an awesome club called Acqua... amazing! We danced the night away to house...trance.. and 80's remixed. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Girls.. I must make a confession.... The guys here are smokin HOTTTTTTTTTT!!!! And they have the brains to go with it! Ay Papito! After leaving Acqua it started pouring.. we were running in our stiletto's in the rain... I am getting good at this!
