Well today was my first day of site seeing.. Jessica and I really didn't know where to go.. we forgot our travel guide... so we just wandered around the streets of Zurich then went to a lovely park and relaxed. We found a place to rent bicycles... we will do this tomorrow and site see on them.. too cool! We never made it to the lake either.. jeje.. got a little side tracked lounging at the park. Its important to relax on your vacation.. and we are definitely doing just that! So.. as soon as we jump in the lake I will give you an update..
Last night I was sleeping on a cot and in the middle of the night the front legs collapsed,,, so i went sailing down.. then I got up to fix it... then a few minutes later the back legs went down.. it was hilarious... i really feel like I am at camp sometimes.. :)
Can u believe in Switzerland you have to pay for ketchup and mayo??? 20 cents in franks for one little packet!!!!!!!!! You are lucky if you can use the bathroom for free... i cant wait to use the bathroom in the states and not pay 50 cents... What about the people that dont have 50 cents???? We are soooooo spoiled in America! We just dont realize how fortunate we are to have everything at our disposal!!
The other thing i noticed is how many people smoke here... everyone smokes! In every city I have visited I see so many people smoking.... NO FUMAR! I dont think this is very attractive... but seems to be the thing to do here... i will pass on this one!
I have been eating soooo much pasta... they have pasta everywhere... i may come back 10 pounds heavier... :)
