We started in Stuttgart and had the plan to go to Dresden in 6 hours....but because of a traffic jam it took us 13 hours, really horrible. We slept at a friends place, the poor guy had to wait until 3 am for us....!!
The next morning we started with a small Dresden tour, went through "Elbsandsteingebirge", a really beautiful landscape. Then we entered Czech Republic and went north, we passed Decin. The landscape was so amazing, I really loved the north of Czech Republic and the South of Poland. Some hours later we arrived "Stonsdorf", a small and pitoresque village near Hirschberg in South Poland. We lived in a hotel which was a former castle, really luxory and beautiful. The next days we just enjoyed the landscape and the nature, one day we went to Breslau. When our time in South Poland was over after 4 days we went via Prague (eating duck with dumplings) home to Stuttgart.
As I already said, one of my best short trips ever, really amazing...! More thumbnails ...
