What to say....escaped for some days from Germany and had a great time.
Was really curious about Israel. First day Gali, a great friend of Rottem showed me arround in Tel Aviv, was a great day except the horrible heat (41 degrees). Second day we went along the coast in direction Haifa. Made a stop in Zichron, a lovely small city with many art shop. Third day we went to Jerusalem and made a stop in lovely En Karem. Then visited pituresque Town of Jerusalem and the market and - of course the Western Wall. Fourth day was the best day - PERFECT. Early in the morning we went to Dead See and to Nature Reserve EN GEDI, one of the best places I have ever seen. We saw Vulture, eagle, hydrax, ibex, bee-eater and a lot more animals, had a bath in natural bath-tubs, had a shower under waterfalls and there were nearly no tourists. Important: take a lot to drink with you...! Then we swam in Dead See, amazing, it is really impossible to sink.
Fifth day I went to Yad Vashem, a place of remembrance. Important for me to see, but could not stay longer than 2 hours. After that I went I Old Town again and to mountain of Olives from where I had a great view on Old City of Jerusalem. Sixth day: On the airport I was interrogated cause of a stamp of UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. "What did you do there....was it neccecary to go there....do you know people there....will you go there again....UFF". A really great trip....thank you Rottem again for your hospitality and for everything and thanks Gali for the great day in Tel Aviv! Hope to see you again soon! More thumbnails ...

Really great pictures, you look like player in dead sea. Do you have some more funny stories? Similar to those you brang with you from Mongolia...???

Nice trip, wonderful photos, i am jealous of you.
But what must i see? You, lying in the dead sea and reading ... what? Stern? Shame of you! ;-)
