I thought we were done with Epidaurus after we saw the theatre, the museum, and the excavation of the temple of Aesclepius, but Papou had more in store for us. He took us to an overlook above the modern town of Epidaurus, where floating out from the coastline we saw Epidaurus Island (which is actually a peninsula). We took some pictures that do no justice to the true vista. What a phenomenal day in the Peloponnese with Godiva and Papou. There are just no superlatives strong enough for the experience of Greece.
