While you are waiting for an update (might take a day or two because of the busy schedule I impose on myself :( ) : the recipe for Angel Mojito , as served in the gay club Angel on Sauna Street
Angel Mojito
this Mojito was invented by Angel Martinez of Havana, Cuba. Famous fans include Brigitte Bardot, Pablo Neruda, Ernest Hemingway & Errol Flynn
2 shots of White Vanilla Rum
1 shot Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 shots of Soda Water
Put juice and sugar into a highball glass and stir until dissolved. Rub mint leaves on inside of the glass and discard. Fill with crushed ice and rum, stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
