Tomorrow Julius and I are heading back to Tanzania to visit the family and roast in the 98 degree heat. Summer (kiangazi) is the the cheapest time to go but it is sweltering. Reminds me of Minnesota when people just talk about the weather all the time.
We are going to Dar es Salaam, Tanga and Moshi. We have family in all those places and will be staying with them. I love all these cities so I am excited to go back. Plus, his family is a lot of fun. My friend Isabella from work (A Ugandan who lived in Tanzania) tells me that everyone will be wondering why I am not pregnant yet. Maybe I can pretend I don't understand their Swahili?
I am going to get the strongest Starbucks I can stomach so I can run around and do all the last minute errands I need to do. I worked last night and am running in slow mo.
