Since we had quite a long day yesterday, we decided to take it easy today and go to the Sri Nang Menora National Park.

The park is defintely nothing compared to Erawan in Kanchanaburi, but what it lacks in waterfalls it makes up for due to the fact that we had the park to ourselves.

The waterfalls were small, but they were plesant for the kids to play in, and they could play the jungle explorer wading up the river while Don and I followed the path.  There were some fish that nibbled your toes, but nothing like those at Erawan which freaked Declan out.

There is a track about 2km each way that follows the river and is pretty non-existant in places and there are a couple of caves to look at along the way.

We had lunch at the small restaurant near the information office, and in the end we were there for about 5 hours so it was a very nice outing.

When we got back to the hotel we chilled out for a bit and then went to a restaurant which the hotel owner recommended (probably owned by his brother).  It was OK, but fairly expensive compared to what we have been used to paying on this trip.
