When we got up this morning the boys and I went into Wal-Mart for some supplies.(the least we could do since we stayed in the parking lot) Our drive to Coeur d' Alene, ID was only about 20 minutes. The RV park is another nice one, right on the Coeur d' Alene Lake. Once we got set up, the boys and I grabbed our fishing poles and ran down to the lake. After a couple of hours, we only had a small bass to show for it. Collin got bored shortly after we started and took a stab at netting some minnows.
We took a drive to the downtown this evening. There was a classic car auction and a street festival going on. Of course, the boys were happy when we found a park for them to run around in. This is another one of those great American small towns that I'm sure is a great place to live. One of the best parts about traveling around the country in an RV is we get the chance to experience these towns first-hand. We had dinner at one of the restaurants downtown and then walked around a bit and listened to the 'live' music.
When we got home, Keegan and I went back out on the dock and tried our luck again.(another small bass) It's a big beautiful lake, but I'd like to know where the fish are!
