We got to experience the infamous 'June Gloom' here in California. It was overcast until about 4pm when it finally cleared up and was beautiful. We stayed around the park today and met our new neighbors. Madison(9), Jackson(5) and Reagan(18mths) are here with their mom Coleen from AZ. They are staying with their grandparents in the RV right across from us. The Boys played with them from about 4-8pm this evening. There were some other kids who came over and played as well.

Keegan and Collin did their home schooling this morning. Afterwards Keegan had to complete his big assignment for today. It was his night to make dinner and he wanted to make kabobs for dinner. So we gave him a budget and took him to the grocery store to shop. He got everything he needed and came in $2 under budget. More importantly, his marinated steak kabobs came out awesome! I cooked them on the grill this evening. He didn't just shop for the food, he cut up the steak and peppers too. I'm thinking if we keep them on their current home school routine they should be ready to get a place of their own by the time they are 12.

The other highlight of the day was that we put an offer in on a condo in Park City, UT. We have been looking since Feb. and found what will be a very good deal if it works out. We have prayed about it and put it in God's hands. He has always been faithful to open the right doors and close the wrong ones. We will see.
