I finished up my class today. Actually, I got out around 2pm. Kelly and the boys were just getting out of church. They visited Fred Prices church and Keegan and Collin said it was there favorite so far this trip. They both said they really enjoyed it. Fred Price Jr. preached.
After they picked me up, we went back to the art festival. I wanted to see it after I heard how much Kelly and the boys enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal. There was rain in the forecast and we got it. We did get a chance to walk around for a while and sample some of the food. I really wanted to get some more chocolate covered strawberries with oreo. Kelly and the boys brought me some yesterday and I was craving more. They were awesome. The art was impressive, as was the people watching, and we walked around Rodeo Drive afterwards. We drove back to San Diego this evening. We have been amazed by how nice everyone has been out here. A perfect example this evening. We stopped for dinner at this Mexican restaurant called 'Chipolte.' When we told the manager it was our first time he said he was buying our dinner. That's a first. We are loving it in Southern CA. The weather is almost always ideal and here in San Diego all you smell is Jasmine.
