HAPPY EASTER FROM ALBUQUERQUE!

Happy Resurrection Day to our family and friends! The alarm went off at 5:00am and it was just too windy and cool to get the kids up and go to UNM's Lobe Stadium for Calvary Chapel's sunrise service. So, after hitting snooze a couple times...I did get up and deliver the surprise Easter basket to our adopted family's picnic table and left the Easter eggs at Ms. Ruth's fifth wheel for her to take to the Indian kids. Then, I crawled back in bed.
After the boys woke up, we headed out to Calvary Chapel's main sanctuary for the 11:15am (a little more realistic time, not my optimistic one) service to hear Ryan Dobson (son of James Dobson) give the Easter message, along with The Todd Agnew Band. His very real life message touched alot of souls and many people came forward to accept Christ for the first time. Keegan and Collin gave their kid's church a thumbs up and REALLY liked it!
After church, the boys and I stopped by Cracker Barrel and then on to The Albequerque Museum in Old Town. We saw lots of unique wool rugs, pottery, paintings, and learned about life in Albequerque over the last 300 years. The boys favorite part was weaving small rugs with yarn and a needle(see pic). They also had very unique art forms outside and the boys selected some of the best to show you(see pics).
Of course, Keegan and Collin headed for the playground to see their best Albuquerque friends when we got back to the RV. We had a lovely spaghetti dinner with our camping friends from Alaska and the kids enjoyed some competitive Game Cube.
We're missing Chris as he's working crazy hours on HSN.

Northwood has given me this fancy new blackberry type of phone and the ringer does not always work (or I have not figured out how to make it work). Well, your message and several others arrived after Easter was officially over. In any event, I enjoyed the message.
