Ya, my flip flops got stolen here. I had bought them in Rio on my first week of my travels. It's customary to take off your footwear before entering premises here in Asia like before entering internet cafes, need I say anymore. I got a bland replacement pair for less than 2 euros but they suck! Luang Prabang is a UNISCO heritage site. I didn't see a whole pile in it. There's about 15 temples in the town some of which we visited along with the museum and there are nice waterfalls outside the town which we decided to give a miss despite the persistent offering by tuk tuk drivers to take us there.
