When we arrived at the highly anticipated Cliffs of Moher it was too foggy to really make anything out, but we got glimpses of these incredible steep drop-offs that could make you dizzy on a brighter day.

Marking the highest point of the cliffs is O'Brien's Tower,  castle-like structure constructed in 1853.

After some hiking around on the unfortunately redone paths surrounding, we returned to the original lookout to discover that you couldn't even see 10 feet infront of you!  We bought postcards so that WE know what they look like, even after having been!  But really, with all the new "updates" they've been doing, you'd imagine the experience could never be what it was once explained as.  The warning signs are fun though.
