Palo Alto, 12/26
Miles travelled: 35175 Circumnavigation complete. We're Home! Despite an hour delay in Delhi, a close connection in Hong Kong, and another 1-1/2 hour "mechanical problem", we arrived in SFO only 15 minutes late, *and* all our luggage (57 kg worth) made it too. Immediately we found it odd that drivers actually keep in their lanes, there's so much space on the road, and horns are only used sparingly. I guess it's good that we didn't learn the Indian system of driving. But wait, there's more! We're only here for 2 weeks, then we take off again for South America to do an overland camping trip of Chile, Argentina, & Brazil, ending in Rio at Carnaval time. Stay tuned for more adventures to come....
