We were up at 6am to get a good start on the cleaning and fixing that needed doing. And boy was there a lot to do!

There was too much oil in the engine; one of the wheels hadn't been secured properly; the water pump leaked when we filled the tank; the bed/seat wasn't fitted back in properly; all the moving parts needed greasing; and there were screws missing from everywhere, most of which we found under the lino or in the cutlery drawer! And cleaning, lots of cleaning and scrubbing.

All in all, 14 hours of cleaning and fixing until we lost the light around 8.30pm and couldn't see to do any more. Except for 10 mins for breakfast and about 15 mins for lunch, we've been at it solidly all day and there's still more to be done tomorrow. Another 6am alarm for the morning.....
