Somehow we managed to drag ourselves to Carl Jr's, a burger joint that could teach McDonalds more than a thing or two! The burgers are huge, freshly cooked to order, nicely put together (not just thrown in a cardboard container) and delivered to your table with a smile! The Western Bacon Cheeseburger was just what we needed. A charbroiled all-beef patty, two strips of bacon, melted American cheese, two crispy onion rings and tangy BBQ sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun, mmm mmm!
Back at the room, something that had been building for a few days had reached a climax. The bars of soap and the plastic cups. Every day, whether or not we need more, the maids are leaving us more bars of soap and more plastic cups, it's getting quite ridiculous. Neil reckons they must consider us very thirsty, very dirty guests!
