Catching up on the the past week here. So we left Tofino  on the monday morning after going out Bear Watching - we saw 2 which was brilliant! - and drove back to the lake house near Port Alberni and reunited with Linda, Andrew and the kids. From there we drove to Buckley Bay and caught two ferries across to Hornby Island where Andrew's family has a holiday house. A cute little place, the only way on or off is the ferry we came on or by boat. Spent a few days here relaxing and exploring.
