INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE & AFTERTHOUGHTS

Aged 22 and following graduation from Exeter University, I realised my ambition & dream of embarking on a 6month trip of a lifetime to the Americas between March - September 2006. In the end, I covered ground in no less than 11 Central/Southern Countries.
Teaching English, re-tracing Aztec & Inca footsteps, discovering many truly amazing geological features, AND coming into contact with such diverse humbling cultures (amongst many other phenomena), all contributed to it resulting the most unforgettable personal experience it will be forever. The highlights are endless.....
The tales herewith published have derived from a dozen ~fortnightly postings over the web following brief intermittent paragraph installments in Internet Cafés abroad.
Due to popular demand as well as a strong personal desire, I have indeed edited the posts, added photos/maps and bound all the pages...compliling a mini novelesque booklet (100+ pages strong :) )
I will use the written accounts to compliment my hundreds of printed photos in order to properly contextualise them for sharing purposes. Likewise, I hope to exploit this mini-project in the future as a primary resource to refresh my factual information, relive special experiences and reawaken fond memories when recounting my escapades to friends and generations to come. Indeed, the work will equally be retained as a personal treasure and memoir of which I take great pride.
