This was the same national park i went mountain biking in last month although we got to the summit from the other side which doesn't have as many attractions on the way up and obviously i didn't use the road when coming back down.
Seen so many waterfalls, temples and shrines i only visited the free or cheap ones. So i didn't go inside BhuBing palace or Montha Than Waterfall but took a picture of the entrance for referance. I did however visit Huaykeaw waterfall (free), a shrine which i'm not sure what it's name is, i'll try to find out (free) and Wat Doi Suthep (30B (60pence)) as well as stopping off at various view points along the way.
The shrine was really nice and was still been constructed with new temples and statues around a very very old structure. There was also a cave like structure that housed some very old buddah statues plus a small nature walk that lead accross a bridge over a waterfall that had incredible views. The waterfall was all but dried up, not sure if naturally or due to a dam, but would look awesome if there were flowing and falling water in this scenic area. Also made a new friend here in the form of a little puppy.
I've also included a video to this update, though i've taken many during my time in Thailand, this is the first i've added to a blog update. The video is of the view from the summit of Doi Suthep at Wat Doi Suthep.
