After a big last night out and no sleep team random headed to the Mexico city airport only to find that there was a problem with the plane tickets and they had not been paid for (as you can imagine this is very fun to sort out when you are hungover, with no sleep, dont speak the language, and have an intense bout of nasty taco belly). We finally jumped on the plane and slept like newborn babies in comas all the way. After waiting in the customs line at the JFK airport for 3 and a half hours team random finally made it to manhatten only to find that there was a problem with the hostel booking and there was no beds left for us. So we got shipped off in a yellowcab (of course with freaky driver)up the other end of town to a dodgy hotel for the night which luckily was right near time square.

We eventually made it to our friend from cancuns penthouse apartment up the ritzy end of town where rent will set you back a mean $4200us a month!!! AHHHH! Here we have been hanging out with Ash and a bunch of wannabbee actors and comedians going to the school of film and television. They are all funny and crazy. Mad props to Sophia for her hilarious stand up comedy act last night (pitty they charged us $8.50us for each beer we drank at the club!)

Everywhere you go in new york looks or sounds familiar because you have seen it on tv or in movies so many times before, but it feels really surreal seeing it in person.

Central park is a big park with lots of trees and weird athletic people.
The empire state building is a really big building with lots of windows and weird business people.
The statue of liberty is a big statue made out of metal with lots of weird tourists.
The subway is a place where all the weird people gather together to travel so they can be weird in a different location.
The people that the police will not let on the subway because they are too weird become taxi drivers.

Tomorrow we are off to boston

the best month of the year
The tradition of MOvember flourishes in Poland. I am the official Australian Embassador for the month of MOvember in Prague, Cesky Crumlov, Krakow and Warsaw. I have a strong following here and according to the recent published statistics razor sales in eastern europe are down 12%. This is only the beginning, and with 16 more official growing days left I am predicting that 'szczcie' the Polish subsiduary of the Gillete corporation will soon crumble and begin liquidation.
