Day-20 Hello, It's Wednesday afternoon I just got in about a hour ago from the camp. Today we made great progress, as the older girls group was able to start the defense session drills without my instructions. I kept a straight face for discipline purposes but I was sure smiling on the inside. It was even more impressive because this came a day after a day off from camp due to mother nature. Tuesday it rained hard for about 2 hours in the morning. So we picked up today where we left off on Monday and I can honestly say these kids learn fast. The coaches & campers are excited for next week. Tomorrow, Senegal’s National Team Head Coach will stop by the camp and talk to the campers. I am very excited about this, the campers still don't know, so this should be a pleasant surprise to them as well. Some of you may or may not know the national team has been practicing long hours for the upcoming world championships & he has taken time out of his day to come spend some time with the campers. We are all so very thankful. YES, I love surprises!
