morning - OK, I take back my previous comments about no horns. We woke up this morning and it has been a constant buzz of horns, whistles (from the traffic cops) and sirens. Crazy driving - not for the light hearted at all. The people walking around are still very relaxed, just the driving that is chaotic.
This morning we tried a different cafe for breakfast - a crepe cafe. No English here, lots of French people eating so probably good food (ie not tourist food). It was beautiful. We had a chocolate crepe, coffee, hot chocolate for Joel, Juice and toast with lots of butter. Say tay day lee syer! (it was delicious).
evening
We went to the Louvre today
We went to Notre Dame Cathedral in the arvo which was beautiful also. We had wanted to go into the Crypt but that was closed.
We had Chinese with a French influence tonight for dinner and we ordered it all in French and then Joel had a crepe with egg and cheese which he says was ambrosia....apparently it was good.
Early night tonight ready for a very early start in the morning for a day trip to London.

. Absolutely amazing. I could have spend days in there but Joel had had enough after a few hours. I have been driving him a little crazy with stopping at everything and taking hundreds of photos. I did make sure I saw everything I wanted to. The Mona Lisa, The Dying Slave, the wedding feast, Venus di Milo, lots of Italian paintings and french sculptures. The halls themselves were amazing also. I knew it would be great, but had no idea it would be so beautiful. I can't describe it in words. We went to Notre Dame Cathedral in the arvo which was beautiful also. We had wanted to go into the Crypt but that was closed.
