Hello!  We are leaving Germany today and made a stop in Köln, Germany.  We visited a large church which was beautiful while we waited for our train to Paris.  We also spent some time booking the final days of our trip!  I cannot believe that it is almost over!!

Our train to Paris ran into trouble when there was a power outage in Germany, so we ended up sitting in the middle of a field for over 2 hours.  It was a long time to sit on a smelly, hot train!  We arrived in Paris in time to dump our bags at our hotel and make it to the Eiffel Tower to see it glowing blue and sparkling!!  It was really neat to walk under the Tower and see all the colors and sparkles! 

We ate supper under the Eiffel Tower, I had a crepe with chocolate, and then caught the metro back to our hotel.  Tomorrow, we will be exploring Paris at a little slower pace than the last time and I am very excited!!
