We set out very eager, but after 2 hours of walking, we got very tired! We finally made it to town and saw the church where Leonardo DaVinci was baptized. Inside there were replicas of his most famous works. It was neat to see.
We ate lunch at a small Italian resturant and it was ok. Of course we had pizza! We made a new friend who gave us a ride back up the mountain and we were very grateful for that!
We spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool

. It is amazing to have a pool and such an awesome view from it! Plus, at supper, we had wine and gelato again. I could get used to this!!We went to a pool party and it was great! The pool was cold and so was the air, so I did not swim, I just drank wine and played cards. It was a lot of fun to visit with everyone at the hostel!
