In the morning we jumped to the Island Packers' boat which took us to our destination, Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is one of the four islands that are considered as the Galapagos Islands of California because of the unique plants and animals that can only be seen in these islands.

On the way to the island we managed to catch some wildlife action on the Pacific Ocean, such as, Californian Sea Lions laying on the buoy and dolphins following our boat. Once the boat arrived we erected our tent and headed for a hike which was around 8-9 miles long. On the half way we ended up to the cobblestone beach where we were more than happy to swim. The beach was beautiful and no one else was around...private beach for us! Yes, at the same time in Finland it was the Midsummer Day so we had to celebrate it as well in the evening. We had couple of toasts and felt in to the sleep quite early.
