Well so far our trip has been relatively uneverntful !  We left Talking Rock Georgia on Friday June 22nd and are now 60 miles from the Ontario border town of Sault Saint Marie.  Stops in Kentucky and Southern Michigan included a shopping spree at Cabelas in Dundee Michigan. 
Here in Saint Ignace we are at Straits State Park just north of the beautiful Mackinaw Bridge.  You can see Mackinaw Island just offshore (in Lake Huron).  The weather is beautiful and we had a campfire last nite for the first time!
We plan to cross the border today so we'll keep ya posted.

Mackinaw
Hi Tam,

Why are you traveling all over? Haven't heard from you in eons. I used to go to Mackinaw as a child. Back in the mid 60s so it is way different now than then. I don't even think they had a bridge back then. Had another bout with breast cancer, but this time they got clear margins. Let me know when you will be back in Tally. I will be up there at the end of the month.
