My first post about a city! Finally, yay!!! This isn't the first city I visited but the first I finished going to. Anyway, lets get started. It's almost 2:00 am here.

Last Wednesday I visited the city of Maastericht in the Netherlands. For geographical purposes its a university town located on both sides of the Meuse river in the south-eastern part of the Netherlands between Belgium and Germany. Its an absolutely beaitiful city. The quentinsential Dutch city. It's by far my favorite city I have visited so far. There were two things I noticed right off the back. First, everyone there rides a bicycle and the same type of bike. It's as if theres only bike shop in Maastericht. Second all the ladies there are very attractive. I've never been a city before where I didn't see one unattractive girl. Even the older ones were good looking. I'm not lying. You'd be very hard pressed to find an ugly one. For any guy looking for a girlfriend, Dutch is the way to go ;)

Okay now to describe the city itself. Its a very old city and most of the buildings are absolutely beautiuful. The streets are all cobblestone. There is also alot of shops in Maastericht and everything seems to be on sale. Its a girls paradise! People were very nice and helped you if you had any questions. The food and beer were very good. I had a local dish, it was like a meat pattee and local beer thast tasted a little like white wine. It was very good. Words can't really describe how beautiful Maastericht is. Neither do pictures, you really have to go here, but they beat me talking about it. Okay on to photos.

First, it it Maastricht, not Maastericht!

I do not know how you managed to spot only one bike type... There are plenty. I, for example, have mountain bikes. Many ppl have normal bikes. I seen loads of types.

As for girls: I would not say Dutch girls is the solution. The explanation is different: half of the student population is not Dutch :) There you go.

And all streets being coblestones? I bet you did not stick your nose out of the old city center!

So please 1st have a good look before you write anything about the city you do not know!
