In Russia, things often don't go according to plan.  The museum is closed unexpectedly, the ski lift ride to the Moscow view point isn't operating, prices for tourists have inexplicably risen or the ticket sellers decide to close up shop for the day.  The explanation that we have come to know, love begrudgingly and repeat is "JUST BECAUSE!"  Ahh yes, the Motherland speaks just like a Mother!

I thought you were in Mongolia with the Khan's. What's this about Moscow?
