I get to overwhelmed by it all and end up buying nothing
I allow myself to really feel India. The smells, the colors, the smiles on peoples faces, the beautiful buildings and most of all the incredible depth of the Indian peoples hearts. They might be intense, persistent, loud and annoyingly curious asking a million questions but if there is one thing that the Indians have- it is passion and it is Love. I mean, how else can over 1,3 billion people live side by side in Peace under such extreme conditions that India is facing? I now switch my not-approachable-get-away-from-me look and let down my guard a little and smile. I decide to say YES. The first man I pass on the street says -"Madam, I give you good hand job". At first I ignore but then I remember to say yes. Turns out I just agreed on having my palm read.
What happened right there, on the sidewalk of Mahatma Gandhi Road, was quite spectacular to say the least
On my way to the airport my taxi driver asks me if I will return to India, and before I even think about it I answer that of course I will return. I love India. I love it's people. I love the fact that I have the opportunity to travel the World and explore it's culture and it's people. Nothing makes me feel more alive than being on the road. What else makes you come to terms with your deepest fears and your biggest strengths? When else do you step out of your comfort zone? Make new friends? Try something you always wanted to do? What else makes you feel more alive? To do a solo trip reminds you who you truly are, and maybe it will show you who you will become.
Peace, Love & A Good Hand Job
