Hola everyone!

I'm now in Portsmouth, England. We left Stockholm Sweden on September 18 and arrived in gothenburg 3 days later. From there we went to Amsterdam and stayed for a week. Lots of fun as you can imagine, but funds were getting low quickly.
When we left Amsterdam for Dover we ran into a storm whick had winds between 45-55 knots. This short little trip that should have taken us around 15 hours now ended up taking us 25 hours. The rain together with the wind was like getting sand blasted in the face and the rain drops felt like needles in my eyes. It was nice to get into Dover for an anchordrum as my captain calls it. After a rough sea you have to calm your stomach and senses with internal liquid as well.
After Dover we went here to Portsmouth with a great sail. Now we are waiting for the next low pressure to go past us and we will then shoot for La Coruna in Spain or La Rochelle in France.
I hope you're all well and I'll let you know where I am next time I get to an internet cafe.
Take care all and please say hi to everyone for me.

Tim

Hi Tim! It is so great to hear from you.
I am glad you are well! I am so happy to hear that you are sailing and on your way to warmer climates. As you 'hunt for paradise' please post pictures and details. I will vicariously live through your adventures until I have some more of my own.
