Sorry it has been so long since my last up-date. So I did go to the Modern Art Museum (The Pompidou sp? Centre) and had a fantastic time. I was able to see a Warhol, a Lichtenstein but the coolest had to be the painting by Jackson Pollock. The view from the top of the museum is fantastic. The next day Kristy and Zoe went to Versaille and i walked all over the left bank. I climed the bell tower of Notre Dame, saw Napoleons tomb, visited St. Sulpice (which gained fame from being in the Da Vinci Code) they had a sign refuting the stuff that Dan Brown said about the history of the church...it was kinda funny. The church itself was really nice. I ended up walking for around 6 hours so when i got back to the hostel I was ready for bed. The next day (Wednesday) Zoe and I went to the Paris catacombs Kirsty unfortunatly had to go camera shopping because hers disappeared just before they got to Paris. The catacombes were really cool. They had tunnels of bones stacked neatly and skulls arranged very artfully. That afternoon we headed to Orleans, a town Joan of Arc liberated from the British: It was really nice. Our Hostel was nice too...we had the room to ourselves. Except today the people next dorr started playing misic, talking really loudly and slamming doors at 7:30am. Kristy decided to go to Tuscany for the weekend but Zoe and I stayed two nights there. We decided to go see Vimmy Ridge; We had to go back to Paris to chatch the train, so we were back there for an hour. We are in Arras now and it seems really nice.We are going to be here from tonight and tomorrow night then who knows. Sorry for the long update but internet seems really sparce in France. Laters.
