So I had to leave my Russian mamacita in Irkutsk and head off to Moscow, and that gave me a good 72 hrs via train to think about her. Ahhhh, the memories. I got pretty good at hearts and rummi, and I got caught up on any sleep I had been deprived of for the last 4 years of my life. We also me some cool chics from Sweden, Cecilia and Nina, that we ended up hanging out with in Moscow for a few days. When we arrived in Moscow we decided it would be fun, I was pretty ticked at this decision, to walk from the train station to like the godzilla hostel or something where the girls were staying. Usually not a problem, but it was raining, and I was grumpy. Then once we got them to their hostel we attempted to find our hostel, which ended up being a hostel inside of a hotel on the outskirts of Moscow. 5 hours after we arrived in Moscow, and one missed bus stop later we were finally able to relax in a non moving room. I had not heard good things about Moscow from some of my friends, but it ended up being one of the coolest cities I have been too. Oh yeah and its huge, so if you have to go to the airport, make sure you leave extra early. I has the best subway system I have ever seen and is a city full of endless fun if you are with the right people. I cant wait to go back.
