So since I have three weeks of school left (praise the LORD) I figured I would go ahead and get my travelpod ready for this summer. I really cant wait to get out of Texas, and to see my good friend Mike again. He is going to meet me in Buenos Aires and we are going to travel together for about a month and then he's gotta go to Alaska and do some fishing. It kinda sounds fun to me, maybe Ill drop out of med school and go to Alaska too. How does that sound mom and dad? J/K Im really actually pretty excited about second year because the stuff we are going to be learning is actually going to be pertenant. Anyways, after a month of traveling with Mike I have about 10 days to myself and then I have to book it for Lima to pick up my girlfriend Tina at the airport. I am so excited that she is meeting me in Peru this summer. You see, I was going to cancel half my trip so that I could spend some of my summer with her, but now I dont have to do that because she decided to join me instead. Oh, and it's her first trip out of the country, so I can show her my passion for travelling and hopefully get to see it overtake her as well. Im trying not to make to many reservations and stuff, so that I can just kinda float around wherever I want, but if I wanna hike the Incan trail I gotta make reservations for that like 2 weeks ago. Basically for some strange reason you cant make reservations to Hike the trail without a passport number, and since Tina is in the process of getting her passport, her number wont be available until the end of the week. Ojala, there will still be some spots available at the end of June. Well the countdown is upon me, and I am super stoked, all thats left to do is learn everything there is to know about bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi, take a few tests and Ill be on my way to my next great adventure.
