Starting at 5.45am it was a bit of a race with another overland truck for the boarder crossing - it was painfully slow being processed in the Malawian office, but much quicker entering Tanzania.

It was a very long day of driving, but the campsite was really nice and we upgraded to converted stables as tomorrow is the "day of hell" driving of the entire tour.
