It's 9:42 on a beautiful sunny Edmonton morning and I'm sitting in bed, laptop in its proper position, drinking coffee and getting this damn blog set up.  I'm thinking maybe I should get up and start to pack, given I must leave in less than three hours.  Ah what the hell, I'm mostly ready.  I'm only going for three months.  I'll finish this coffee first.  I've gotta say, this is pretty freakin' exciting.  I feel like a kid.  Only 18 hours en route and I'll be in Santiago, Chile.
