Well this is my first initial entry, and it's 60 days to departure and counting!  I'm sitting here in my Uncle Dave's house in Phoenix, Arizona.. wondering what my fate will be 60 days from now.  I have just about sold everything I own (give or take a few stored sentimentals at my Uncle's house). And what I haven't sold, I have given away or donated.  I've been in preparation you could say, for my upcoming trip to Australia and beyond.
  It all began months ago, and has now progressed to living out of my car, sleeping on the floor at my Uncle/friend's houses, and learning to live minimally.. Let's just say, I'm definitely getting use to the simple life! Without much money, and with what few (but well prepared) supplies I will be taking, I am both excited and nervous to find out what awaits me in the months to come.  But for now, all I can do is sit and wait- counting down the days to departure!
