Quebec is very pretty. I walked along the St Lawrence River, and through the town. cute little shops. a lot selling things by local artists. the first day was sunny, then the next was cold and wet... oh well, I have my rain coat! some beautiful old buildings and churches here....
I went with a group from the hostel on a ferry to Levis, a little town just across the river. we went through an old homestead there, interesting to see.
I met up with some travellers from brazil and so we all went clubbing in town, i didn't know any of the music they played, mostly frence dance stuff but we still had a pretty cool time.
The next day we went to see montmorency falls, amazing! taller than niagara, but not as wide. 487 steps to the bottom, then we climbed up again! at least all this travelling has been keeping me fit!! at the bottom i walked where the water sprays you, very cool- literally! then we walked the suspension bridge over the falls. amazing views.
overnight bus to halifax, oh, the joys of travelling!! 18 hours...... and counting!
