We caught the monorail to Bukit Nanas and started walking to where we thought we would be able to go to the KL Tower.
2 shopping centres join each other, Sungei Wang and the BB Plaza, so we kept landing up going from the one to another. There was nothing of our taste "really" in the BB Plaza excepting for one particular item which Toni & I bought one of each.
When trying to go back to where we left Mom, we got lost in the shopping centre. Well it is joined to another and it does have 7 floors of shops - but this time they were all jumbled like a flee market and not different things grouped together on floors.
We eventually found Mom and I then went for a Ear Candling. An interesting experience and I can tell you that my ears do feel free of whatever was in them as they don't itch anymore.
We caught the monorail to nearby China Town. When leaving the station we walked into an area where there were many police cars parked for the night. We were unsure how to get to China Town from there and our luck brought us a nice lady who gave us a lift to Julan Petaling (street) in China Town.
We eventually found it and sat enjoying our expensive Bukit Bintang ice-cream.
We walked back to our hotel and pack for the flight the next morning to Penang.

We saw a little forest garden shop on the way and asked a person how we could get to the Tower. He said that we could walk through the gardens. The stairs started and just carried on. Toni decided to walk ahead to see how far the stair went. She later came down and said that the went all the way up the hill to the tower and they were very steep. We decided to catch a Teksi (Taxi) instead. Thank heaven we caught the Teksi as the hill was high and we would have been buggered by the time we got to the top.KL Tower
On entrance to the KL Tower we paid RM20 each to go up to the observation deck. It was a little boring but we got to see KL from the air. Through each window was a fascination building to see.Fabulous Taxi
After the KL Tower, we caught a Teksi to Little India. Little India was a little boring for us yet we found this lovely little local restaurant and ate indian food for lunch. We walked about 50 metres to the Railway and caught a train to Bang Huah (*sp) where we transfered to the monorail which took us back to Bukit Bintang.Siek and cellphone
Off we hopped and went into Sungei Wang shopping centre off the bridge from the monorail station. We passed a beautician and Mom went in for a "soft" foot massage and ear candling. Toni and I went shopping.2 shopping centres join each other, Sungei Wang and the BB Plaza, so we kept landing up going from the one to another. Off to China Town...We caught the monorail to nearby China Town. When leaving the station we walked into an area where there were many police cars parked for the night. Street Name
It was crazy, thin shopping walkways, many people and a too much for me to handle. Mom was okay with it and Toni loved it. After a bit of browsing we decided to go to a bar/restaurant and have dinner. It was the Swiss Inn. A very pricy meal it turned out to be in comparison to what all our other local meals had been costing us.Lara's late night smoke
I was all too glad to get away from the madness of the market andf we then caught a taxi back to our hotel. On the way there we stopped on Julan Alor to show mom the street. Mom felt like ice-cream and so we were on the hunt for her and us.We eventually found it and sat enjoying our expensive Bukit Bintang ice-cream.
