The title says ¨"Welcome to Santiago", Flying into Santiago was spectacular, Choni the Rockies have got nothing on the Andes. The city of Santiago itself is covered in thick smog you dont notice it much breathing but can see it all around. I am wrecked after some 20 hours in the air today and will be turning in early to leave the Santiago nightlife for my return on the 4th of August. I went for a bit of a wander around the city, latin music playing everywhere, peoples conversations.. they speak so fast. It is going to take some time before i can understand what everyone is saying. Alas i have a bed and managed to get a meal so my spanish is enough for the basics atleast. Well the words just aren´t coming out, must be too tired. Adios
