We moved the RV from outside Louisville, KY to just outside Dayton, OH to a KOA at Brookville, OH.  The drive was pretty routine with a bit of rough road and lots of trucks on I-75 with constructions along the way bringing traffic to a stop a couple of times.

One note - Ohio doesn't have a welcome center on I-75.  We had to ask a janitor for a state map at a rest stop [why he had a map - I don't know].  I have two theories  on Ohio welcome centers -- 1] people are not welcome in Ohio or 2] people are leaving the rust belt so fast that there is no need for a welcome center.

Also the stores seem to have a lot of college merchandise with a big red "O" on it.  I thought that it was nice to recognize the Oregon "O" but they really got the color wrong.

Directions to the KOA were accurate and we set up the trailer and will do some shopping tonight at a Kroger's -- just like home.  The temperature is in the low 90'sF with a humid feel - people around here like it and say this is normal for summer.  I like our air conditioning.

Tomorrow I am going to the Wright Bros Historical Site and the Wright-Paterson air force museum -  Linda decided to stay in the RV and relax -- OK she snoozes she looses.  I'll take lots of pics.

NOTE  ON PLANNED RETURN:  We made a quick calculation and are planning to be home in Portland -- late Friday or Saturday [August 30 or 31], if all goes well.
