I wake still fully clothed, but surprisingly early.  Today is the day.  It doesn't take me too long to pack up my three days worth of clothes, pay the final installment of my hostel bill, receive many a 'humourous' sarcastic; "ahhh you're finally leaving" comments and get out of town.  I say my goodbyes to the people who meant the most.

OK so for all of my bitching and moaning, you'll forgive me and perhaps understand that there is a pang of regret in leaving here.  It's not a bad place really; I've just had a run of bad luck and in retrospect, I probably brought much of it on myself.  Spending three weeks in a place instead of just the usual breezing through hasn't been a totally unpleasant experience.  If it didn't happen, I wouldn't have made some great new friends, nor would I have some cracking stories to tell.  So long as I live to tell them; I'm happy with that.

To all I met in San Juan  Del Sur, my new found friends; I thank you.  I will never forget my time with you guys.  Happy trails until we meet again.

Granada.  I find myself back in a time warp.  Alice through the looking glass.  What just happened?  I was only here a few moments ago wasn't I?  Yet it all feels so different.  Has it really been three weeks?  So much has happened.  So much has changed, and after going out on the town, so much has stayed the same...

Oh compact camera has been stolen from my stored back pack.

...and I forgot to mention my flip-flops were taken off my feet during the fight.

I might go home.

Sometime in the next few years.
