Another day of nothing.  I feel like I'm boring the pants off of anyone foolhardy enough to be reading this.  To be quite fair, there are going to be many days similar, and many times when I just need to relax.  As fun as adventure and travel is, it doesn't half knacker you out.

I'm sat in the hostel tapping away at the keys searching for some fine wordsmithery to lace my blog with.  To be honest I can't remember what I did yesterday.  This might have something to do with hitting the Chameleon club again.  The Chameleon boasts Leon's "after party".  This is where everyone goes to get crazy at the end of the night.  It's an interesting mix of gringo girls being hunted by local players.  But they do serve one sweet hamburguesa.

I bump into a friend I met the other night.  Eddie is a local guy who speaks perfect English and is an all round nice chap.  He introduces me to his many friends, all very nice folk, all interested in my travels.  It is with this group we head to the club in style; my first experience riding in the back of an open top pick up.

We tear through city streets, flying over speed bumps, dodging pedestrians.  I'm convinced the driver is on speed.  While my companions laugh and joke in the back, my face displays something of a grimace; trying to kid on this is normal and I feel totally at home.  Someone change my shorts.

I'm writing this, so I must have lived.  All I've got to show for it is a few more friends.  That's good enough for me.
