The weather on Monday was crap so I didnīt end up visiting the bird park in Foz de Iguassu (Brazillian Side). It started pouring down lots and lots so I just chilled in the hostel, falling asleep with everyone else whilst watching some dutch film about Angels. I had my last Brazillian meal which featured the usual rice and beans and chicken hearts! Ate all 700g of it, so I was sorted for the rest of the day. Despite the rain, I decided to head toward Argentina. The bus dropped me off at immigration, got all that stuff done then took the other bus into Puerto Iguassu, Argentina. Suddenly everything became so cheap, hostels were a tenner in Brazil, now a fiver in Argentina.. they referred me to a nice hostel near the bus station, Timbo, which had really comfy beds, clean bathrooms (with a bidet!!) and a nice lil communal area. I met a few people there, and ended up in some itallian restaurant where we ate well for cheap.
I woke up early on Tuesday morning to get as much as I could out of the Argentine side of the falls, then make it back in time to catch a bus to Buenos Aires
I met this really cool guy called Diego. He sat in his booth and was really friendly, correctly assuming that I was into hiphop since I was wearing a nu era hat that day. He was a jokes guy, and I chatted to him quite a bit. I was honoured that he offered me some of his mate, the way the Argentinians traditionally drink tea.. its pretty cool, you see them carrying the cup around and a thermos.
I got back to the hostel and quickly took my stuff to catch the next bus to Buenos Aires.

. There was much more than the Brazillian side, I took a speedboat tour thing which got us wet but didnīt last too long, and spent the day walking around the site, seeing all the little waterfalls from all the different angles - far away, up close, from bottom, from top! Got a bit bored and gave my camera a rest because the waterfalls just became repetitive, but a good view still, and many rainbows seemed to pop up. My visit ended nicely with the view of the diablo (Devilīs throat) from above.. it was just spectacular the speed and strength the masses of water was falling at, itīs hard to describe the sounds and energy of it all. It was like the waterfalls were falling into a white mist, impossible to see anything below.I met this really cool guy called Diego.
