The Mother of all markets!

A long days travel from Mindo to Otavalo yesterday afternoon, but worth it! Up at 6am again this morning to see the famous cattle market- cows, pigs, sheep all being bought and sold in the most chaotic way! I guess they know what they were doing but it looked chaotic from where I was standing! As well as the cattle market, this town also boasts the largest market in S.America selling everything from textiles to groceries so time to píck up some souveneers!! Back in Quito tonight before heading off to Banos tomorrow..... hoping for a lie in!
