Well it is raining again and the majority of the schools are shut down due to yesterdays flooding. I however am inside again waiting for the sun. We are going to go shopping today and I am sure that a mu mu is in my future.I have finished one book and 4 magazines and there is another saucy novel waiting for me, I can feel it! This weekend is gearing up to be nice and in the 80's. Better get my long underware out *wink*. well currently I am at Amiee's work at Pearl Harbor. I was amazed at how big this place is. I think that I am geographically challenged. I never know what direction we are headed because the sun is hidden under the clouds. But, we are going to be touring the harbor on Monday and I will get a grip by then...hopefully! we are now heading to some establishments on the beach and are covered and allows my tootsies to be in the ocean and my hand to be occupied by a beverage with an umbrella...ok, that kind of umbrella didn't pan out. The place was closed, so instead I waded in the ocean up to my knees with a real umbrella. We were actually at right down near the runway for the Honolulu airport, so loud and looked like the planes were going to go into the ocean. My next great experience was a Hawaiian Sam's trip. Yeah there were more weird looking fish and Asian food then I could have imagined. Also while wondering I learned a new Hawaiian word, "mahu". Yes, for those of you that do not know what that means, it is code for Transvestite. Yup they are all over here and this one had a fake rack that looked like softballs. I think that I even saw the seams *grin*. Well, I guess that I have more to look forward to, cross dressers and all! Tonight we are headed to a wedding reception for some of Amiee's friends. Should be a good time! I got home about 11pm from eating all kinds of odd things. I ate raw squid and salmon which i actually liked. There were a lot of things that I have no idea what they were called, but were delicious! The reception was relaxed and casual, they were people from the Coast Gaurd that are friends of Amiee, I however was narcoleptic by 10pm and she brought me home, I guess that I can't hang with the big dogs.
